Lead Generation Specialist | Investment Sales

• →Conduct daily, high-volume outbound calls to owners of multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant retail properties
• →Qualify owners’ interest in selling, understand their timing and motivation, and work with the Investment Sales team to set meetings, discuss valuations, and develop plans to secure new listings
• →Build and maintain an accurate database of retail property owners, contact information, and call notes
• →Research ownership, drive markets, and learn the Dallas-Fort Worth landscape to identify new prospects
• →Collaborate with the Investment Sales team on pitches, new listing efforts, and active listings as needed
• →Expand your knowledge through hands-on exposure to basic property research and underwriting as the role develops

• Confident, professional phone presence with the ability to adapt and remain resilient when navigating challenges; prior cold calling, inside sales, or business development experience is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and discipline to hit daily goals while working independently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage property owners and build professional relationships
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail while conducting follow ups and tracking contacts
• Active Texas Real Estate license preferred; candidates currently pursuing or willing to obtain a license will also be considered
• Microsoft Excel skills preferred
