What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Provide end-to-end Premium Finance loan administration, including handling new Premium Finance applications, document verification, follow-up with customers/agents, and ensuring smooth drawdown.
• Perform KYC verification, credit checking, and ensure compliance with internal policies and HKMA / regulatory requirements.
• Act as a one-stop personal loan and premium finance solution provider—from initial enquiry to deal closure and after-sales servicing.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and promote company loan products and services where appropriate.
• Conduct warm calls to existing bank/insurance customers (call lists provided). No cold calling required.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Operations) to ensure timely processing and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all loan-related documents are completed, signed, and filed according to compliance standards.
• Provide administrative support for loan drawdown, repayment schedule creation, customer follow-ups, and policy status monitoring (for Premium Finance accounts).
  

What is required and what we’re looking for:

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, loan administration, or related areas
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Premium Finance, including processing Premium Finance applications
• Proactive, customer-oriented, with a clear and professional telephone manner
• Fluent spoken Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin
  
• Basic computer literacy, including Chinese and English input
• Willing to work shifts, including Saturdays
