Responsibilities

As a Service Porter, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding experience for our customers while helping keep our service department running efficiently.

No two days are exactly alike. You may be:

→Greeting customers and assisting with vehicle arrivals
→Driving and parking customer vehicles safely
→Providing shuttle transportation for customers
→Maintaining vehicle flow throughout the dealership
→Helping keep the service drive, customer areas, and shop clean and organized
→Washing and preparing vehicles for customer delivery
→Assisting technicians and parts personnel with various support tasks
→Performing vehicle walk-arounds and documenting vehicle information
→Supporting the service team with administrative and organizational duties

We're seeking someone who:

Enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service
Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
Is dependable, professional, and positive
Works well as part of a team
Can safely operate a variety of vehicles
Maintains a clean driving record

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required
Previous customer service, porter, detail, or automotive experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
