The Creative Brand intern will support the Brand and Communications team by creating compelling visual stories across digital, print, video, and social media channels. Through hands-on work in graphic design, photography, videography, and animation, the intern will contribute to projects that advance strategic business initiatives.
Working alongside experienced creative professionals, the intern will gain exposure to the full creative process, from concept development and production through editing, delivery, and implementation, while building a versatile portfolio. This paid internship is based in Des Moines, Iowa, and runs for 10 weeks from June through August, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Create and support the development of brand-aligned visual assets for print and digital marketing campaigns, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, email communications, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Assist with photography and videography projects, including planning, equipment preparation, shooting, editing, and organizing visual content for a variety of communication channels.
- Create and edit motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for internal and external audiences.
- Assist with storyboarding and concept development for multimedia projects.
- Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand standards and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
- Utilize project management tools and workflows to support the planning, creation, review, and delivery of marketing and communication materials.
Requirements

- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, or similar creative tools.
