About the role

The Technical Product Manager is responsible for helping shape, develop, and deliver Wellinks’ care platform. This role works closely with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Data teams to translate complex business and clinical workflows into clear product requirements and scalable technical solutions.

The Technical Product Manager owns product initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration, with a focus on improving clinician efficiency, member engagement, enrollment, automation, integrations, and overall platform scalability. This individual serves as a key partner between technical and non-technical stakeholders and ensures that product decisions support Wellinks’ clinical, operational, and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and measurement
• Translate business and clinical needs into clear requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with Engineering on technical approaches, tradeoffs, dependencies, and sequencing
• Work directly with clinicians and operational teams to understand pain points and improve workflows
• Define product KPIs and use data to prioritize and measure improvements
• Manage roadmap and backlog priorities across platform, integrations, automation, and user-facing workflows
• Coordinate cross-functional launches, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in product mgmt, technical product mgmt, engineering, or a related role
• Demonstrated experience working closely with software engineering teams
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Bonus Qualifications:

• Healthcare or digital health experience
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, EHR integrations, or healthcare APIs
• Experience with AI-enabled products or workflow automation
• Technical background in software, data, or systems engineering
