Clinical Educator, Sterile Processing Department

Minimum 1 year experience in sterile processing required.
Previous experience in educator role strongly preferred

Ability to read, write and speak English language
Optimizes the use of technology to support learning and performs basic computer skills
Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills along with customer service skills
Ability to function in a fast paced environment
Responds to emergencies in using a decisive, composed and respectful manner
Possess excellent time management skills;
possess a strong understanding of learning adult learning theories
can utilize multi-methods to implement training/development.
