• →High School Diploma / GED General or High School Diploma / GED General or Bachelors Mental Health Services-Preferred or Bachelors Other / Related Field-Preferred
  

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):
All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

• →BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
• →AVADE (Wellstar) - De-Escalation or AVADE-P (Wellstar) - De-Escalation - Provisional (30 Days) within 30 Days

Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience Required and
Minimum 1 year Experience in emergency department or inpatient behavioral health Preferred

Required Minimum Skills:
Must be able to perform vital signs and employ de-escalation techniques.
Must communicate effectively and be able to function as a contributing member of a multi-disciplinary team.
Must have a working knowledge of common psychosocial and physical needs of the behavioral health patients.
