Resident Meal Liaison - Senior Living - Atherton Place

Key responsibilities include entering meal preferences within the scope of diet restrictions and delivering meals to residents in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Required to confirm accuracy against resident's meal order and / or confirm the correct tray is delivered to the correct resident. Represents the department in a professional and caring manner. Instructs residents in the meal ordering process. Assumes the role of resident advocate. Delivers nutrition supplies to units and  / or  rooms as ordered. Completes all other job duties as assigned

• →High school diploma, or the equivalent preferred.

• Senior Living or hospital foodservice experience, and customer service experience highly preferred.

• Must exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills required to work well with others.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of modified diets.
• Candidates must also possess adequate phone skills for interacting with our residents and perform duties in a very busy environment.
• Must be able to communicate and understand the English language, both written and orally.
• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude in all customer/resident interactions.
