A family in Lampasas, TX 76550 is seeking a regular, long-term caregiver to help care for their 12 year old son. The family is looking for a dependable and nurturing individual to assist with daily care and support.

Minimum Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (25 hours) up to 50 hours per week.
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

→Help as a tutor and be mentally engaging
→Willing to do feeding both orally and through G-tube
→Help him with at-home therapy homework, such as practicing use of talking device.
→Transport child to and from appointments as needed in a family vehicle (driving would be very rare, if at all)
→Provide support to nurse as needed

Requirements

Current CPR and First Aid certifications required. Family is willing to cover the cost of certification prior to employment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
