Part Time Senior Companion (Dementia Experience Required) – Buffalo, NY

A welcoming family in Buffalo, NY 14221 is seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to provide part-time companion care and non-medical support for an older adult with dementia.

• Total Hours: 6 hours per week
• Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Shift Length: 3 hours per day (flexible options for 12:00 PM–3:00 PM or 4:00 PM–7:00 PM)

5+ cats in the home

• →Provide engaging companion care aligned with the care recipient's interests (reading, cooking, and pets)
• →Manage medication reminders
• →Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping and local errands
• →Provide light housekeeping and assist with home cleanliness and organization

• 1 year or more of senior caregiving experience
• Demonstrated experience managing dementia care
• Demonstrated experience with home organization and cleanliness management
• Pet-friendly and comfortable working around multiple cats
• Reliable transportation for running errands and grocery shopping
