Responsibilities

- →Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to ensure resident needs are consistently met.
- →Develop and oversee daily assignments for Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs).
- →Administer medications and provide resident treatments as ordered.
- →Receive and give shift reports to ensure safe and effective care continuity.
- →Participate in required annual training and ongoing education programs.
Requirements

- Completion of a college or technical training program in nursing.
Licensure, Registration, and Certification
- Current and active NH or compact state license as Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Experience
- One or more years’ experience as a charge nurse in a senior service setting preferred.
Per Diem Commitment Expectations
- Must work a minimum of 1 full shift (or 12 hours) every 60 days.
- Must work a minimum of 2 holiday shift (24 hours) per calendar year.
- If enrolled in full-time or part-time school or work 36 or more hours per week in a full-time job outside of WSL are required to work only one holiday shift (12 hours) per calendar year.
