Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supervise daily freight operations (air, ocean, domestic & international)
- →Monitor shipments from booking through delivery
- →Review shipping documents for accuracy (B/L, AWB, invoices, ISF, AES)
- →Support and guide logistics coordinators; assign daily tasks
- →Coordinate with carriers, truckers, warehouses, and customs brokers
- →Resolve shipment delays and customer issues
- →Ensure compliance with company SOPs and trade regulations
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Basic knowledge of air and ocean freight operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Prior lead or team-support experience
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
