What’s the role?
You’ll be right at the heart of helping regional businesses grow, supporting Relationship Managers to build strong, trusted connections across our agribusiness portfolio. The role is advertised nationally with flexibility built into how you work.

Day to day, you’ll help shape quality deals by supporting credit submissions, structuring lending solutions and analysing financial performance. You’ll bring a sharp eye for risk and opportunity, helping ensure every client interaction reflects the strength of our relationships. Working across commercial, property and agribusiness clients, you’ll play a key role in keeping portfolios strong, sustainable and set up for long term success.

What do I need?

• Experience in banking, finance or lending with the ability to interpret financial performance and risk
• Confident communication skills to engage customers and influence outcomes
• A collaborative approach and sound judgement when working across teams
• Energy and resilience to navigate complex and evolving work
• A genuine passion for supporting regional agribusiness communities
