The Westpac SME sector continues to play a vital role in supporting Australian businesses, and we're looking for an experienced Business Banking Manager to join our Newcastle team.

You'll manage a diverse portfolio of Small to Medium Enterprise customers, building genuine relationships and helping businesses achieve their ambitions. Working alongside a passionate and collaborative team, you'll spend your days connecting with customers, identifying opportunities, structuring lending solutions and providing trusted guidance every step of the way.

This is a full-time opportunity based in Newcastle, where you'll combine relationship management, business development and customer service to create positive outcomes for local businesses and communities.

Proven experience in business banking with solid lending knowledge
Good understanding of credit risk and compliance
Passion for going above and beyond customers' expectations of good service
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Ability to confidently and proactively target new business opportunities
