Commercial Product Lead

As a Commercial Product Lead, you'll help drive the success of strategic wealth products by bringing together customer insight, commercial thinking and product expertise. Working within BTs Wealth Program, you'll partner with product, technology, delivery and business teams to create experiences that meet customer needs while delivering sustainable business outcomes.

You'll contribute to product strategy, influence roadmap decisions, support product launches and guide ongoing product performance. You'll also play an important role in ensuring products remain compliant, well governed and designed with customers at the centre.

• Experience managing wealth products or similar financial services products. 
• Strong understanding of customer focused product design and lifecycle management. 
• Ability to work confidently in regulated environments and manage competing priorities. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
• Commercial mindset with experience delivering product growth and customer outcomes.
