Community Projects Coordinator

Join Westpac’s Community and Foundations team, supporting programs and partnerships that help create positive outcomes for communities across Australia. This role is focused on providing high-quality administrative, coordination and reporting support across a range of community initiatives.

You'll act as a key point of contact for the team, managing the shared inbox, coordinating stakeholder enquiries, maintaining documentation and records, scheduling activities, tracking deliverables and supporting community impact reporting. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll help ensure projects, partnerships and volunteering programs are delivered efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

• Experience coordinating projects, programs or initiatives and keeping multiple priorities on track.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate clearly.
• Confidence working with data, reporting and insights to help measure outcomes and impact.
• Digital and systems capability, including an interest in emerging AI tools and technology.
• A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach, with a passion for community impact and continuous improvement.
