Local Business Banker

Ready to make a real difference for local businesses?

As a Local Business Banker, you'll build strong relationships with small business customers across Bayside & Peninsula and the surrounding region, helping them achieve their goals through tailored Home Lending and Business Lending solutions. You'll work closely with referral partners and banking channels, identifying opportunities to grow your customer base while delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way.

You'll be based in Bayside & Peninsula and spend your time connecting with customers, building networks, and becoming a trusted partner within the local community. New starters will benefit from Westpac's Role Ready program, an accelerated onboarding experience designed to build confidence and capability from day one.

This is a full-time role based in Bayside & Peninsula.

• Experience in Small Business Banking and Home Lending
• Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities within local markets
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• A customer focused mindset with a passion for creating great outcomes
• Sound business acumen and the ability to manage your workload independently
