Manager, Pricing Strategy

Mortgage Pricing is transforming through analytics, automation and smarter data-driven decision-making. As Manager, Pricing Strategy, you’ll work across strategy, analytics and technology to influence pricing decisions, improve commercial outcomes and help build market-leading pricing capabilities. 

You’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that influence pricing strategy and performance. You’ll provide insights on pricing performance, portfolio health and emerging risks, while identifying opportunities to improve growth, revenue and returns.

You’ll also drive automation and optimisation initiatives to improve pricing decision-making and operational efficiency, helping take ideas from analysis through to action. 

You’ll bring strong analytical capability and experience using data, automation or data science to deliver commercial outcomes.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Strong SQL skills and experience analysing large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Python or similar analytical programming languages.
• A curious and adaptable approach, with an interest in emerging tools and technologies.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is highly regarded.
• Mortgage or financial services experience is advantageous, but not essential.
