This is an exciting opportunity to join the NSW Business & Wealth, Commercial Banking Leadership team, where you’ll work closely with the State Manager and Regional General Managers to support operations, strategy, risk, customer outcomes (NPS), and key communications.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Business & Wealth, Commercial Banking service offering, contributing to the performance and success of the distribution business across a range of outcomes.

As a representative of the National Distribution Operations team, you’ll partner with Business & Wealth, Commercial Banking RGMs and their teams to drive operational excellence and deliver consistent, high‑quality sales leadership support across regions.

  • Partner with Commercial Banking teams to ensure operational management excellence and support sales leadership initiatives
  • Develop and lead the implementation of action plans to achieve key business goals in partnership with Business Operations and Operations Managers
  • Manage operating rhythms, disciplines, and communications that support business development, performance, customer advocacy, and engagement
  • Support with driving strategic growth with a focus on targets and revenue generation 
  • Deal with a variety of stakeholders across cross functional divisions
  • Manage all onboarding activities for new starters 
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask 
  • Proven change leadership, turning concepts into execution
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)
  • Excellent communication and decision-making
  • Capable of self-management and autonomous work
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, able to hold senior leaders accountable
  • Team-oriented, flexible working style
  • Resilient and confident in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Familiarity with Westpac Group reporting and customer systems (desirable)
