Create your best future and join Westpac as a Platform Engineer - MongoDB Atlas.

We are seeking an experienced MongoDB administrator with a good working knowledge of MongoDB administration, MongoDB design and development practices, and MongoDB operations. You will support new initiatives onboarding to MongoDB, assist teams through solution development and testing, and provide practical troubleshooting support for production issues. Prior experience with MongoDB Atlas is preferred but not essential, and prior experience supporting MongoDB developers is highly regarded.

Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting MongoDB environments.
Good working knowledge of MongoDB administration, design and development practices, and operations.
Experience supporting MongoDB developers through onboarding, solution development, testing and production issue resolution.
Prior experience with MongoDB Atlas is preferred but not essential.
Working knowledge of database administration activities including bulk data loading and data migration.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide practical guidance to delivery teams.
