  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure policies, procedures and controls remain aligned with evolving requirements.
  • Contribute to strategic Financial Crime projects, regulatory change initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Deliver guidance and training to business stakeholders on Financial Crime obligations and emerging risks.

What's in it for me?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected international banking organisation and play a key role within WEG's Financial Crime function.

In return, you'll benefit from:

  • Strong understanding of German and European AML, CTF and sanctions regulations.
  • Experience working with regulators, auditors and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing control frameworks, monitoring activities and remediation programmes.
  • Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
