Senior Manager Finance Business Partner ETS

In this role, you’ll be a trusted finance partner to Westpac’s Technology leaders, helping them make confident, well-informed decisions. You’ll sit close to the business, bringing together financial insight, commercial thinking and a clear understanding of how technology investment drives outcomes.

You’ll work across planning, forecasting, analysis and financial governance, translating complex financial information into clear insights leaders can act on. A big part of your role will be building strong relationships, challenging assumptions when it matters, and supporting long‑term strategy while keeping a close eye on risk and value. 

You’ll also help set the standard for high performance across finance, lifting capability, improving ways of working and keeping things simple and practical.

This is a full-time role based in Sydney, with 2 days in Kent Street office and 1 day in the Kogarah office to connect with stakeholders. 

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring strong commercial judgement and the confidence to partner at senior levels, along with:

• Proven experience partnering with executive leaders, influencing decisions through clear financial insight.
• Deep knowledge of technology finance, including digital workplace services, network services, service management and technology vendors contracts.
• Strong capability across planning, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• The ability to turn complex data into clear, practical insights and recommendations.
• Well developed self-leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach.
