This role will be responsible for providing Level 3 engineering and production support for the Fusion GPP platform, ensuring secure, resilient and reliable payment processing. The position will investigate and resolve complex production incidents, manage defects and vendor engagements with Finastra, and support application changes, testing, implementation and deployment activities.

The role will also maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles, while providing subject matter expertise for initiatives impacting Fusion GPP and related payment services. Participation in on-call support and critical incident management is required to help maintain platform stability and service reliability.

Demonstrated experience in service engineering or L3 production support within the payments domain.
Experience supporting payment hubs, transaction processing platforms or enterprise integration environments.
Strong incident management, problem management and root cause analysis experience. n Experience working with software vendors and managing technical defect lifecycles.
Experience in large, complex and highly regulated organisations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
Knowledge of SWIFT payments, including MT and ISO 20022 MX messaging.
Fusion GPP or GPP Classic experience is highly desirable.
