Dental Hygienist

Mount Pleasant, SC (Charleston area) | Full-Time, Monday–Thursday | Fridays and Weekends Off | $5,000 Retention Bonus | Guaranteed Pay + Commission

Quality over quantity, with a four-day week. An established, fee-for-service practice in one of the Charleston area's most desirable communities wants a confident, patient-focused hygienist. This isn't a high-volume, insurance-driven hygiene mill. The practice is known for comprehensive, cosmetic, relationship-based dentistry, and its patients value their care and invest in it.

• Adult and pediatric prophylaxis, scaling and root planing and periodontal maintenance
• Comprehensive periodontal and oral health assessments, plus diagnostic radiographs
• Patient education on preventive care and home care
• Identifying restorative and periodontal needs and collaborating with the doctor on comprehensive treatment plans
• Accurate clinical documentation and OSHA, HIPAA and infection-control protocols
• Time to educate patients, build trust and form long-term relationships, without a rushed schedule

• Established fee-for-service patient base that chose the practice for personalized, high-quality dentistry
• Patients routinely pursue comprehensive restorative and cosmetic treatment
• An experienced Partner Dentist and a tenured team that has worked together for years
• A polished, professional, patient-centered environment

Full-time, Monday–Thursday. Fridays and weekends off.

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• An active South Carolina dental hygiene license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Current CPR/BLS, or the ability to obtain it
• Preferred: prior hygiene experience, fee-for-service or comprehensive practice experience, strong patient education skills and digital charting experience
