Responsibilities

→Lead daily operations of a busy dental practice
→Coach, mentor, and develop front office and clinical team members
→Drive schedule optimization, production, and collections performance
→Oversee insurance processing, treatment coordination, and accounts receivable
→Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and operational compliance standards
→Foster a positive, accountable, patient-centered culture

3+ years of Dental Office Manager experience
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, scheduling, and treatment presentation
Proven leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Stable employment history with demonstrated career growth
Denticon experience preferred but not required
