A highly respected, doctor-owned pediatric dental group that has cared for North Arkansas children for more than two decades wants a Pediatric Dentist or Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist. You'll walk into a full schedule, learn directly from experienced owners and have a transparent path to partnership after about 12 months, all with a $40,000 signing bonus and $10,000 toward your move.

• Comprehensive pediatric dentistry for an established patient base with immediate production

• DDS or DMD
• Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist, or a Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist
• A passion for serving children and families, strong communication skills and interest in leadership and long-term practice growth
• Willingness to become licensed in Arkansas
