Customer Support Agent @ Winparts | Spanish Native

As part of the Customer Support team, you'll play an important role in helping customers with confidence while contributing to the continued success of the business.

As a Customer Support Agent for Winparts, you'll be the first point of contact for customers. Whether they need advice about a product, have questions about an order or need help with a return, you'll make sure they receive a fast, friendly and professional solution.

• You assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, chat and WhatsApp

• You answer questions about products, orders, deliveries and returns

• You provide friendly, accurate and solution-oriented support

• You register customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

• You ensure every customer receives a smooth and professional experience

• You work towards high customer satisfaction while maintaining quality and efficiency

• You identify recurring customer feedback and proactively share ideas to improve processes and the overall customer experience

• You collaborate closely with your teammates and support each other to deliver the best possible service

• You speak native-level Spanish

• Additional language skills, especially Dutch, are considered a strong plus

• You are available full-time (39 hours per week)

• You have experience in customer service, sales, customer experience or a similar customer-facing role

• You are highly educated and possess strong communication skills

• You combine empathy with a commercial mindset and enjoy advising customers

• You are proactive, dedicated and take ownership of your work

• You enjoy solving problems and creating positive customer experiences

• You are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• You are digitally savvy and familiar with CRM systems and online tools

• You are curious, eager to learn and motivated to become an expert in your field

The service operates

• Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 21:00 and Saturdays between 09:00 and 17:00.

• Flexibility to work within these opening hours is required.
