How you make an impact.
Offer support to customers by identifying and assessing user needs
Balance top-speed productivity with exceptional quality scores
Always provide accurate, valid, and complete information by understanding the right methods and tools
Assist in successful client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition when opening an account
Identify fraud indicators and escalate alarming cases to compliance officers
Investigate payment dispute cases, analyze and resolve the issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while retaining them
Actively identify and escalate customer issues to improve internal processes and enhance the customer journey
