Divider/Sorter/Stacker Operator (Days 1, Swing 1)

Hourly Pay Rate $27.06/hr

Weyerhaeuser is seeking individuals who are committed to safety, have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic and a desire to work in a manufacturing facility. Weyerhaeuser’s Montana Wood Products is currently looking to fill a Divider/Sorter/Stacker Operator position at our Kalispell Lumber facility.

Key Functions

• Focus on safety, uptime and minimizing downtime.
• Rotate and cross train between, Divider and Sorter/Stacker
• Communicate operational problems with supervision and maintenance clearly so our team can correct any given problem
• Perform preventative maintenance, clean-up checklist before shift.
• Assist other operators as needed

• Self-Starter and Highly Motivated
• Demonstrate team player skills in working with co-workers and Supervisors
• Must have good performance, safety, and attendance records.
• Must demonstrate Good Communication Skills
• Must have the ability to identify and communicate potential problems, work to solve them.
• Maintain clean workstation and demonstrate good housekeeping behaviors.
• Proven ability to work without direct supervision.
• Demonstrate ability to work safely and care for tools and equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as required.
• Willing to perform other duties or positions as required
