Responsibilities
~1 min read- →May operate metrology tools including electron microscopes, Focused Ion Beam and additional lab equipment to complete analytical requests in the client lab
- →May perform tests and sampling to include setup and operation of metrology equipment
- →Will utilize client software and equipment to complete tasks, support processes and product tracking
- →May provide reports and results of sampling and experiments
- →May perform PM, troubleshooting and minor maintenance of lab equipment

Requirements

- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing environment, processes and equipment
- Direct experience using metrology and/or electron microscopy equipment
- A.S or B.S. degree in STEM or related scientific fields
