Warehouse Associate

• →Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• →Receive inbound inventory and verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records.
• →Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations using proper inventory control procedures.
• →Replenish picking locations and assist with stock rotation as needed.
• →Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
• →Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, or RF scanners, as certified
• →Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• →Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• →Assist with returns processing, labeling, restocking, and general warehouse support tasks.
• →Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.
• →Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support daily operational goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly; heavier items may require team lifting or equipment assistance.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and moving equipment.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures at all times.
