Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!   The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and may serve food, while taking orders, verifying identification, collecting payment, and accurately handling cash and transactions.   This is a full-time position with day, night and weekend availability. Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited to: Must be 18 years of age or older. Take food and beverage orders directly from patrons. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Collect payment for food and beverages served. Maintain accuracy and accountability of a cash bank, including cash, credit card, and room charge transactions. Wear proper uniform and name tag at all times. Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol purchase. Actively monitor and limit issues and liability related to excessive alcohol consumption. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and presentable work environment. Perform duties of other positions within the outlet as business levels and staffing require, including but not limited to cashier, cook, busser, dishwasher, host, server, and ID attendant.
