Wilkins RV is looking for a Detail Foreman to lead our RV Detail Department.
The Detail Foreman is responsible for running the daily operation of the Detail Department, directing Detail Technicians, keeping RVs moving through the cleaning process, and making sure every RV meets Wilkins RV's quality standards before it leaves the department.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will work with the Detail Team, help keep jobs on schedule, and step in to assist with detail work when needed.
Pay

$18-$22 per hour

What You'll Do

Assign daily detail work to Detail Technicians and keep the department on schedule.
Monitor the status of RVs throughout the cleaning/detail process and prioritize work as needed.
Communicate with Detail Technicians and service advisors regarding job status and completion times.
Provide direction and support to Detail Technicians to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently.
Monitor Detail Technician productivity and time spent on jobs.
Perform quality-control inspections to make sure RVs meet Wilkins RV's cleanliness and presentation standards.
Work with the Service Manager on detail-specific training, including cleaning procedures, detailing techniques, equipment, products, and quality standards.
Hold Detail Department meetings as needed to communicate expectations and address issues.
Help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional work environment.
Oversee the proper care and maintenance of detail equipment and supplies.
Communicate RV condition concerns to the appropriate department and notify Sales when issues are identified that may need attention.
Coordinate with lot personnel when RVs need to be moved into or out of the detail area.
Assist with RV cleaning and detailing to keep the department on schedule.
Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

What We're Looking For

Previous detailing, RV, automotive, dealership, or related experience preferred.
Previous experience leading or supervising a team preferred.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
Organized and able to manage multiple RVs and deadlines.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to work alongside the Detail Team when needed.
Dependable, hardworking, and willing to hold the team accountable for quality and productivity.
