Lead all branch and installation operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences, operational efficiency, and profitable growth.
Drive branch performance by managing key operational metrics, profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams while maintaining staffing levels that support business demand.
Build strong relationships with customers, installation partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Partner with regional leadership to implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and scalable operational processes.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and service excellence across the branch.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
7+ years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, construction, home improvement, or a related industry.
4+ years of progressive leadership experience with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable business results.
Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing service and installation operations within the home improvement, construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, or related industries.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Knowledge of installation practices, building codes, construction methods, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing subcontractors, independent contractors, or installation crews.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, forecasting, and cost control.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
Ability to accurately assess and determine installation requirements for windows, doors, and other home improvement products.
