QUALIFICATIONS:

AGENCY SUMMARY:
Wingspan Care Group is a nonprofit administrative and management organization that provides a united, community-based network of services so member agencies can focus on mission-related goals. Our innovative model is designed to promote sustainability and advancement among its partner agencies by streamlining operations and eliminating redundancies – resulting in improvements to the delivery of direct service operations.

POSITION DESRIPTION:
The Infrastructure Administrator plans, directs and coordinates the design, installation and connectivity of computer and network systems to ensure the stable operation of the organizations IT assets.  This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software and communication links.  The Infrastructure Administrator applies the use of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications.  The Infrastructure Administrator will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 level assistance to other IT members and vendors to resolve problems of various size and complexities. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  1. Responsible for the daily operations, performance, and availability of all infrastructure systems.
  2. Participate in the design, build, test, and maintenance of a range of infrastructure systems.
  3. Administration of complete Microsoft enterprise environment (365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Intune, Purview, etc.)
  4. Responsible for the involvement with our VMWare environment
  5. Implementation, configuration and administration of our Extreme Networks LAN, SD-WAN, and WLAN environments, inclusive of management and monitoring systems (SiteEngine, CloudIQ)
  6. Responsible for the involvement with data standards, retention and backup operations across multiple systems.
  7. Create and update all documentation related to systems under your administration.
  8. Work independently with internal and external customers and vendors.
  9. Prioritize tasks and maintain deliverable timelines.
  10. Provide Teir 2 and 3 level support for incident resolution.
  11. Provide support and training to Teir 1 teams across the organization.
  12. Assume the role of a project manager for some IT projects that deal with infrastructure.
  13. Communicate with IT team members regarding priorities, and potential projects.
  14. Maintain up to date technical product knowledge and learn new technologies as required.
  15. Maintain a secure working environment to protect confidential information and adhere with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for infrastructure-based systems.
  16. Provide input and feedback on policy and processes as we grow the technology environment
OTHER DUTIES:
  1. Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
  2. All required trainings, certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
  3. Respect the privacy of clients and hold in confidence all information obtained during the client’s treatment.  All client-related documents should be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential material.
  4. 40-hour onsite work week and availability on a 24x7 schedule for emergencies.
  5. Overtime and weekend work may be required in meet project deadlines or perform maintenance tasks in off-hours.
  6. Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.
  7. Other duties as assigned by management.
