​​As Plant Finance Manager at Winland Foods, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the plant's operations. This includes budgeting, reporting, analysis of financial results, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Plant Finance Manager is a critical member of the Plant Steering team and partners with the Plant Manager to analyze operational performance of the plant and identify strategies to optimize performance. You will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.​
