IELTS Academic Trainer

If so, Winning English Academy in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines is looking for an IELTS Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis.

As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to students preparing for the IELTS exams. You will create and deliver engaging lessons that cater to students' individual needs and learning styles. You will also be responsible for assessing students' progress, providing feedback, and tracking their performance.

- Plan and deliver effective lessons to students preparing for the IELTS exams

- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and facilitate learning

- Monitor and assess students' progress and provide timely feedback

- Develop and administer practice tests to prepare students for the actual exam

- Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources

- Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam formats and changes

- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching IELTS exam preparation courses

- Certified IELTS trainer is preferred

- Excellent command of English language

- Strong knowledge of IELTS exam formats and scoring criteria

- Experience working with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Patient, flexible, and passionate about teaching

- Willing to work on a full-time basis in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines
