Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our project team in Espoo / Kirkkonummi, Finland. Only 20mins from Helsinki Airport. This is a site-based role responsible for overseeing electrical works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.

• →Liaise and coordinate site activities alongside other trades and subcontractors
• →Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead schedules in line with the project programme
• →Attend daily and weekly site meetings
• →Manage labour resources to ensure alignment with programme requirements
• →Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure efficient delivery of works
• →Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on site
• →Ensure all materials and plant delivered to site meet agreed specifications and are stored safely
• →Verify subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and fit for use
• →Identify and notify project management of variations and delays

• Relevant Electrical trade qualification
• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within an M&E contracting environment
• Data centre experience is advantageous
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
