Regional Planning Manager

Summary

• →Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• →8+ years' experience in construction planning, with significant experience managing planning functions across multiple large-scale projects.
• →Demonstrable experience in mission-critical, data centre, infrastructure, or large-scale construction environments.
• →Proven leadership experience managing and developing planning teams within a regional or multi-project environment.
• →Advanced proficiency in planning and scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
• →Strong understanding of project controls, resource planning, earned value management, risk analysis, and schedule governance.
• →Demonstrable experience delivering projects with values exceeding €50m.
• →Strong commercial awareness and ability to support strategic business objectives and project delivery performance.
• →Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• →Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal leadership teams.
• →Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project, international construction environment.
