Winthrop Technologies: Engineering Internship Programme 2027

Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to clients across Europe. Headquartered in Dublin, we design and deliver some of the most advanced and innovative data centre projects in the industry.

We are seeking ambitious undergraduate students studying Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines to join Winthrop's Engineering Internship Programme. Opportunities are available for 3, 6, or 9+ month placements, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

We are recruiting interns across the following disciplines:

• BIM Engineering
• Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Environmental, Health & Safety
• Quantity Surveying
• Construction Management

To be considered, you should:

• Be studying towards a Level 7, Level 8, or Level 9 qualification in a relevant Engineering or Construction related discipline.
• Be on track to graduate between June 2027 and June 2028.
• Have a genuine interest in engineering, construction, and data centre development.
• Be a curious and proactive learner who enjoys solving problems and turning ideas into reality.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Display a strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and commitment to learning.
