Wispr is an AI research and product company building the voice interface for computing. AI can now reason, code, and act. Yet, humans still do the work of the interface. We think that’s backwards.
Our first products are Flow, which lets you speak naturally in any application, and Notetaker, which builds context across conversations. We’re building toward an interface that can perceive, understand, and take action with earned trust. That means solving hard problems across models, systems, and product - and caring about the final human experience as deeply as the technology underneath it.

Use the Product Qualified Account model. Work with the AE team to identify usage signals (active users per company domain, dictation volume, feature adoption, team invites) that predict enterprise buying readiness, and use their scoring system to prioritize focus.
Automate insight extraction from Gong, support, and product data. Build or commission systems that surface patterns: which objections come up, which use cases close fastest, and the language customers use to describe value. Feed these insights into every downstream asset.
Close the loop between product usage and marketing. Instrument the journey from free user to team adoption to enterprise deal, and feed learnings back to product and sales weekly.
You've built and/or led enterprise product marketing in a high-stakes, VC-backed environment.
You've seen meaningful scale, ideally from early stage through $100M+ in ARR or consumption revenue ($250M+ is a bonus).
You have deep experience partnering directly with enterprise and strategic AEs and helping teams crack F500/F1000 accounts.
You excel at use-case and value-based positioning, translating product capabilities into clear business outcomes.
You're comfortable with category creation, where the messaging and playbook are still being invented.
You have strong executive and customer instincts and can personally engage in strategic deals.
You have experience in AI, developer tools, or productivity software.
You've helped build an enterprise motion while the company was scaling very quickly.
You have a strong network of PMM talent we can recruit behind you.
You've engaged directly with CISO, CIO, and other CXO-level buyers.
Your experience spans positioning, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, launches, and customer storytelling.
We sponsor H1B, O1, EB1, L1, STEM OPT, and more. We can't guarantee sponsorship for every role, but if we make you an offer we'll make every reasonable effort, with help from our immigration law firm.
We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. The strongest candidates we meet rarely do, so don't exclude yourself prematurely. We're rethinking how humans interact with AI, and doing that well demands diversity of perspective and experience.
We're committed to a fair and accessible interview process. If you need any accommodations or adjustments, please let us know.
