• Salary package of 160,000 pesos per month.

As a Senior Accountant / Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax and accounting services while mentoring / supporting junior team members.

This position is ideal for a technically strong Australian public practice professional who enjoys team leadership responsibilities.

• →Prepare and review complex individual, company, partnership, and trust tax returns
• →Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• →Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and regulatory requirements
• →Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and accounting standards
• →Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• →Manage the workflow for the team

• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Australian public practice
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in Xero, including Xero Tax
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability
