Our solutions empower legal and compliance, sustainability, and assessment teams to achieve greater accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Customer Success and Engagement Manager, based in Hong Kong, to lead client engagement across demos, onboarding, training, and ongoing support. This role bridges business development, customer experience, and product adoption, ensuring users extract maximum value from Wizpressos' solutions.

You will act as the key partner for enterprise clients, collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored support, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and onboarding sessions for new and prospective clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for post-sales engagement, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver product and feature training sessions to clients and channel partners.
  • Manage customer inquiries, technical issues, and escalation workflows in coordination with product and engineering teams.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through ongoing relationship management.
  • Collect user feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve usability, features, and integrations.
  • Maintain accurate client records and engagement metrics in CRM systems.
  • Support go-to-market activities, including client case studies, product marketing initiatives, and event participation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or business development roles, preferably in SaaS, RegTech, or FinTech sectors.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of capital markets, ESG, or regulatory compliance solutions is an advantage.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (Mandarin) is required.
