Senior GRC Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Professional Services Consultant to join the TeamMate Professional Services team, focusing on the implementation and adoption of TeamMate Risk & Compliance.

This is a customer-facing role, working with risk, compliance and internal control teams to understand their processes, gather requirements and configure solutions that support their governance, risk and compliance objectives.

The successful candidate will combine GRC expertise, consulting skills and technology implementation experience to deliver successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Consulting

• Lead and support TeamMate Risk & Compliance implementations.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
• Translate requirements into solution designs and system configurations.
• Support customers through configuration, testing, training, go-live and adoption.
• Deliver workshops, demonstrations and user training.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Provide guidance on GRC best practices and process improvement.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

GRC Expertise

Provide practical experience across several of the following areas:

• Enterprise and Operational Risk Management
• Compliance Management
• Internal Controls and SOX
• Risk and Control Assessments
• Controls Testing
• Issues and Action Management
• Third-Party Risk
• Policy Management
• Regulatory Compliance
• Risk Reporting and Monitoring
• Three Lines Model and Integrated Assurance

Professional Services Contribution

• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management and Customer Success teams.
• Support implementation scoping and project handovers.
• Share knowledge, best practices and lessons learned.
• Contribute to implementation methodologies, templates and guidance.
• Provide product feedback to support ongoing development.
• Mentor colleagues and support capability growth within the team.

Experience & Skills

Essential

• Strong experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance.
• Experience implementing or improving GRC processes within medium to large organisations.
• Experience leading workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience working with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and training skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with software configuration and technology-enabled solutions.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Desirable

• Professional Services or technology consulting experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise GRC platforms or comparable governance, risk and compliance solutions.
• Experience within financial services, regulated industries or multinational organisations.
• Knowledge of recognised risk, control and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with integrations, reporting, APIs or system configuration.
• Familiarity with XML or similar configuration languages.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities and solution design.
