SAP Configuration Specialist - Logistics, Warehouse & Transportation Management

We are seeking an experienced SAP Configuration Specialist – Logistics, Warehouse & Transportation Management (LWM/TM) to join our Global Capability Center in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will support the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management and Transportation Management solutions. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Transportation Operations, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve warehouse efficiency, transportation planning, inventory visibility, and fulfillment performance. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP EWM and SAP TM, along with strong knowledge of logistics execution and supply chain processes.

• →Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse operations, transportation planning, freight execution, and logistics processes.
• →Configure and support SAP EWM processes including inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, inventory movements, physical inventory, and outbound fulfillment.
• →Configure and support SAP TM processes including transportation planning, carrier selection, freight order management, shipment execution, freight settlement, and transportation visibility.
• →Support integration between SAP EWM, TM, MM, SD, and Inventory Management processes.
• →Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable SAP solutions.
• →Support integration with third-party logistics providers, carriers, transportation platforms, warehouse automation systems, and external logistics partners.
• →Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
• →Execute unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and support deployment and hypercare activities.
• →Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely support for warehouse and transportation operations.
• →Maintain configuration documentation, business process documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of SAP experience with hands-on configuration experience in logistics execution, warehouse management, and transportation management.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) including inbound, outbound, warehouse execution, physical inventory, stock transfer, and warehouse monitoring processes.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM) including transportation planning, freight unit building, freight orders, carrier selection, shipment execution, and freight settlement.
• Experience integrating SAP EWM and SAP TM with SAP MM, SD, and Inventory Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or enhancement projects.
• Experience working with carrier integrations, logistics service providers, EDI interfaces, and transportation execution processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP configuration solutions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience supporting complex logistics and transportation processes.
• Experience supporting testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as business needs require.processes.
