As an HVAC Lead Installation Technician, you will be a hands on leader, leading residential HVAC installations while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• →Installing residential heating and cooling systems
• →Leading installation projects from start to finish
• →Supervising and mentoring installation assistants
• →Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
• →Delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism
• →Maintaining accurate job documentation and communication

• No on-call responsibilities

• Experience as an HVAC Installation Technician
• Leadership experience preferred
• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications
