→Operational Performance & Scale: Drive operational planning and supply-demand balancing across regions. Leverage data-driven frameworks to optimize platform throughput, service level agreements, and peak-demand resilience.
→P&L & Performance Optimization: Establish key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks, identify systemic operational bottlenecks, and execute high-impact strategic initiatives that directly impact profitability and market share.
→Executive Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Regional Operations teams. Translate complex operational data into executive strategic roadmaps and actionable growth levers.
→Team Mentorship & Capability Building: Direct high-performing analysts and specialists, instilling structured problem-solving methodologies and fostering a culture of rigorous, data-first decision-making.

6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business analytics, or top-tier management consulting (with at least 2+ years leading strategic projects or managing teams). Experience in tech, hyper-growth, or on-demand platforms is highly preferred.
Advanced Analytical Capabilities: Master-level capability in turning complex datasets into strategic trade-off models, forecasting tools, and clear business cases.
Proven Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of unit economics, platform dynamics, supply-demand mechanics, and incentive optimization.
Strategic Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing executive decision-making and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
