The Corporate Development team is looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in strategic investment in corporate or investment banking, accompanied by an entrepreneurial mindset. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing cross-functional projects, buy-out acquisitions, corporate structuring, post-merger integration, and IPO. As Senior Corporate Development Manager, you'll have the opportunity to define and lead organizational initiatives, mentor team members, and drive substantial growth for a successful and expanding platform.

• →Develop and implement corporate development strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision.
• →Support the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities, and prepare strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• →Oversee and manage key capital events of the group companies, including fundraising, restructuring and IPO initiatives.
• →Evaluate new business initiatives through financial modeling and strategic planning to determine funding and capital requirements.
• →Conduct in-depth research on global market trends and understand key drivers to proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
• Proficiency in interpreting financial statements and business indicators to identify and analyze trends, and inform strategic decisions.
• Ability to build sophisticated financial models, execute advanced sensitivity analysis, and conduct comprehensive valuation analysis.
• Superior business acumen, highly developed communication, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to present complex analysis and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to executive leadership.
• A strategic thinker with a strong commitment to meeting critical deadlines and driving results.
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
