The Opportunity

We are seeking a warm, sales-savvy Guest Service Center Representative to convert inquiries into confirmed, secured appointments from our central Guest Service Center. This is a revenue-generating role where your ability to listen, recommend the right services, and secure bookings directly impacts business performance.

What You'll Do

●      Answer inbound guest calls within 3 rings using our standard greeting

●      Recommend services and enhancements based on guest needs

●      Book appointments accurately in Meevo across all locations

●      Secure a card on file for every booking to hold the reservation

●      Resolve guest concerns and follow up with at-risk guests

What We're Looking For

●      1+ years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based

●      Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

●      Comfort with sales conversations and suggesting upgrades

●      Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

●      Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends

What Success Looks Like

●      Achieving a 35%+ enhancement/upsell rate

●      Zero booking errors

●      Converting hesitant callers into confirmed, excited guests
