• →Shorten the sales cycle by presenting flawless standard and custom product demos to mid- and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.
• →Assist prospective clients and customers, ensuring satisfaction with minimal supervision.
• →Serve as a resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales Representatives; contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• →Transform complex customer challenges into compelling Proof-of-Concept presentations.
• →Create and present high-quality OneStream demonstrations showcasing advanced product features, benefits, and future direction.
• →Identify optimal solutions for customer needs and articulate OneStream’s overall value proposition.
• →Ensure standard demo environments and materials are current, accurate, and impactful.
• →Deliver clear, persuasive presentations and foster trust with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of CPM industry experience in technical presales, consulting, or related roles.
• Technical experience with CPM tools (OneStream or similar).
• Background in Finance/Accounting and familiarity with business analysis and financial modelling.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills; ability to lead technical discussions confidently.
• Proven ability to perform rapid assessments of customer landscapes and identify use cases for prospective customers.
• Experience guiding customers in evaluating CPM solutions (or similar).

• 6+ years of experience in database management, including building, developing, and deploying applications.
• Fluent in Dutch is preferred. Able to communicate confidently and professionally in both Dutch and French a considerable advantage.

• Understanding of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) concepts and financial modelling.
• Familiarity with OneStream or similar CPM platforms and related technologies.
• Basic knowledge of database management and cloud-based solutions.
• Awareness of business processes in Finance and Accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Active listening and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with impeccable attention to accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in building credibility and maintaining professionalism in client interactions.
• Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs.
• Works effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Results-driven with a competitive mindset.
• Ability to travel as required for client engagements.
• Capable of leading technical discussions and aligning solutions to customer needs.
